Conditions of entry
1. All cattle to be bona fide property of exhibitors for at least one month prior to show
2. All cattle to be penned by 7.00pm THURSDAY NIGHT
3. The stewards are empowered to reject exhibits which in their opinion are not worthy of exhibition as Prime Cattle
4. ALL HORNED CATTLE to be tipped prior to arrival at Show - Dehorned cattle preferred - Tipped to the satisfaction of the Stewards.
5. In the event of any entry having been entered in the wrong class in the opinion of the Judge, they shall instruct the steward's to transfer them into the right class
6. All cattle to be weighed on arrival THURSDAY NIGHT for classing
7. All stock sold - A commission of 5 per cent will be charged from which the Auctioneers will refund 2.5 percent on all Show Cattle and the other cattle sold to the Show Society (No yard dues or Scale Fees)
8. All weights are Live weights
9. Cattle to be exhibited in no more than one class, and are not to be entered in the Led Steer section on Saturday
10. Cattle to be sold on live weight
11. Exhibitors please note Breed of beast entered to be eligible for Special awards
12. Entry form to be supplied on delivery of cattle
13. Any beast not offered for sale NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CHAMPIONS

All entries must be from a Brucellosis and TB free herd. Animals must be tick free. Animals are from a property on which Johne's Disease has not been known or suspected to exist during the previous 5 year period Animals with artificial colouring or glues will be disqualified. All entries must be registered animals. The following classes will be catered for in each recognized breed of Stud Beef Cattle. All breeds will have a separate competing classes. Age of beast to be taken from February 1st.
