James Bazley Memorial Junior Judging - due to changes of the Prime cattle section no prime junior judging will be held for 2025.

Prime Cattle ~ Monday 10th. Feb. yarding at Clifton by 4pm. Sold at Warwick Sale yards Tuesday 11th.Feb.

Cattle will be required to be at the Clifton saleyards by 4pm. Monday 10th.Feb, weighed, classed and will be trucked to Warwick - judged and sold at the Warwick sale Tuesday 11th.Feb.  further details ring Brian Gillam 0428299725

Conditions of entry

1. All cattle to be bona fide property of exhibitors for at least one month prior to show

2. All cattle to be penned by 4pm Monday 10th.Feb

3. The stewards are empowered to reject exhibits which in their opinion are not worthy of exhibition as Prime Cattle

4. ALL HORNED CATTLE to be tipped prior to arrival at Show - Dehorned cattle preferred - Tipped to the satisfaction of the Stewards.

5. In the event of any entry having been entered in the wrong class in the opinion of the Judge, they shall instruct the steward's to transfer them into the right class

6. a commission of 4.5 will be charged from which the auctioneers will refund a % back to the show society

7. All weights are Live weights

8. Cattle to be exhibited in no more than one class, 

9. Cattle to be sold on live weight

10. Entry form to be supplied on delivery of cattle

Entry fee $10.00 (Heifers entered Friday night must be entered in general classes on Saturday)

Leaders must be under 25 years of age at February 14 2025 - if leader is over the age of 25 - Heifer will still be placed but the leader does not qualify for any awards.

If large class numbers classes will be split


Stalls allocated as nominated and bedding if required must be paid for with nominations (Bedding $10 bale)

All entries must be from a Brucellosis and TB free herd. Animals must be tick free. Animals are from a property on which Johne's Disease has not been known or suspected to exist during the previous 5 year period Animals with artificial colouring or glues will be disqualified. All entries must be registered animals. The following classes will be catered for in each recognized breed of Stud Beef Cattle. All breeds will have a separate competing classes. Age of beast to be taken from February 1st.
